Payment

We accept Western Union, paypal, visa, T/T, ESCROW.

The buyer is responsible for the taxes caused by the destination country, but we will mark as low value when send out for avoiding the customs fees. For the payment fees accurred by the paypal, T/T or escrow party, we will inform you in your P/I. Pls kindly note.

Return policy

1. All products have been checked and packaged in good condition before dispatch.

In case the item is defective, please inform us within 3 days of receipt and send up the defected photos.

2. Items returned after 7 days of delivery are only eligible for repair.

3. All items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange of goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred (both the two way freight).

4.   Exchanges will be sent out when buyers pay the re-shipping cost and we receive the exchanged item.

4.   All buyers could be place a small note with their returned item, stating their website username, full name and address.

5.   A notification will be sent to you once your returned item is received and another once your refund/exchange has been processed.

Feature, size and colors. 

1. Because it is real fur, when you receive it, pls shake it, there will be some hair shed because of the cutting and splicing during the making process. Pls do not worry, it is the normal phenomenon for new fur items. Especially the knitting items and fur strips items. 

2.For the size, pls check the size chart carefully, because it is hand measured, it may have 2-4cm error. Thanks for your understanding.

3. Because of the screen difference and also the monitor, there may be some color difference for the photos to the certain items, but we will try our best to make it much more close to the real.

4. And for wholesale customers, you could order a sample first to check our quality, colors and sizes. For big orders, then we could adjust per your sample feedbacks.
