HZS150 Concrete Batching Plant

Introduction

HZS150 concrete batching plant developed and manufactured by Jianxin mainly consists of sand-gravel batching system, material conveying system, measuring system, mixing equipment, water supply system, additive feeding system, pneumatic system and electric control system. Its operation process is that: cement and fly ash in cement silos are conveyed into corresponding weighing hoppers through screw conveyor; sand and gravel in sand-gravel hopper are put into weighing hopper below through the arc door at the bottom of the sand-gravel hopper, and then conveyed to sand-gravel storage hopper through horizontal belt conveyor and inclined belt conveyor; water and additive are sent into corresponding weighing hoppers through electric pump; mixture goes into mixer after batching, and then concrete is loaded into concrete truck directly through concrete collecting hopper.

HZS150 concrete batching plant uses JS2500 serial double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer adopting the control technologies of new electronic weighing, microcomputer control and digital display. Electronic weighing uses buffer device and auto compensation, achieving a high weighing accuracy. Aggregate charging system adopting wide Y-shaped belt and walkway, is the optimal choice to produce high-quality concrete.

HZS150 concrete batching plant uses JS2500 serial double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer. The mixer is large sized mixer with good mixing performance, short mixing time and high productivity, adopting new electronic weighing, microcomputer control, digital display.

Performance and characteristics:

1. Host mixing machine adopts Sicoma Jianxin technology and JS2500 serial double-horizontal-shaft forced mixer with good mixing quality and high productivity.

2. Lifting hopper is used to charge the aggregate, with high productivity and long service life.

3. Electronic scale is used for batching of aggregate, cement, water and liquid additive, with high batching accuracy.

4. Electrical control system adopts imported elements, possessing complete functions, reliable performance and simple operation.
