A:How to Order?

1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.
2. Confirm the price, lead time, artwork, payment term etc.
3. Oriental team send you the Proforma Invoice with seal.
4. Customer make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
5. Sample Stage: After we got the deposit,we will prepare the samples as your design, send photos or Samples to get your 
    approval. After approval, we shall arrange production & notice your side.
6. Mass Production: Send photos to show the production line with your products.

    You can also arrange the 3rd party Inspection .
7. Finished products: Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
8. Clients make payment for balance(balance against B/L copy or L/C) and Oriental arrange Shipping(by sea/air/express). 
     Inform the tracking number and check the status for you.
9. Feedback to Orienatl sales about Quality , Service, Market Feedback & Suggestion.

B:How about the sample policy?

We will charge you on the sample fee as less as we can, even sometimes a free sample is possible. However, you have to pay us the cost of courier by express like: EMS,DHL, TNT, UPS and FEDEX.
