Polyester forming fabrics series

According to the weaving, polyester forming fabric can be divided into 4-shed single layer fabrics, 5-shed single layer fabrics, 8-shed single layer fabrics, 7-shed double layer fabrics, 8-shed double layer fabrics, 8-shed double and a half layer fabrics, 16-shed double and a half layer fabrics.

• 4-shed single layer fabric is standard type of polyester forming fabric in paper making,mainly used for producing cultural paper printing paper, packing paper and so on.

• 5-shed single layer fabric is suitable for making healthy,cultural and packing papers

• 8-shed single layer fabric is the most wear-resisting one in the single layer screen,which have long performance life,but mesh print is relatively deep.it is used for copying the paper making bag,craft paper,cardboard,corrugated paper and so on.

• 7-shed double layer fabric is suitable for quality printing paper and tissue paper.

• 8-shed double layer fabric is suitable for quality printing paper,tissue paper and the surface pulp and inner pulp of the board paper

• 8-shed,16-shed double and a half layer fabric is suitable for making quality printing paper,tissue paper and surface pulp,inner pulp and base pulp of the board paper

• Muti-shed three-layer fabric is suitable for making quality printing paper ,tissue paper and cigarette paper.

Polyester dryer screen

According to the weaving, polyester dryer fabric can be divided into 3-shed, 4-shed. According to the category, it can be divided into one and a half layer, double layer and rectangular wire fabric. According to the joining mode, it can be divided into insert, pin, pin ring and spiral ring join.

• 3-shed one layer and a half are suitable for drying papers below 70g.

• 4-shed double layer fabric is suitable for drying papers above 70g.

• Rectangular wire dryer fabric is suitable for the fore several heating box of the drying zone, quality papers can use all.

Polyester spiral dryer screen

According to Finland standard with first-class monofilament,the polyester spiral dryer fabric has the characteristics of stable property and long work time.The polyester spiral dryer fabric is extensively used for producing cardboard,kraft paper,corrugated paper,paper for train fare,single two-shed press-filter,instead of papermaking machine dry blanket,canvas,as well as apply to colliery,food and medicine as conveyor belts.

Mainly used for:Material used temperature is 100℃,the Alkali content ≧20% sodium hydroxide filter-press.And other industrials with high tensile strength and high wear resistance.

Desulfurization Fabrics

Mainly used for: Rubber belt vacuum filter, horizontal vacuum belt filter, vacuum drum filter, vertical filter press.
For solid-liquid separation in the wet desulfurization of power plant, tailings, metallurgical, mining, chemical, coal chemical, paper, food, pharmaceutical and environmental protection industry.

Antistatic Fabrics

Mainly used in chemical fiber,dryer paper,fiber board continuous press mesh belt,continuous pre-press mesh belt.And the material need static electricity,antistatic industry.

Spiral filter-press fabrics

Polyester Spiral Press Filter Fabric is made of polyester spiral dryer fabric which is filled with

stuff to reduce the air permeability and intensive the opening, hence to reduce the material loss from

the mesh opening.

Polyester Spiral Press Filter Fabric is suitable for high-pressure press-filter washer, horizontal

belt washer, pulp-liquor separator and netting belt coal-washer. It has been widely used in all kinds of
