Description:

This?automatic?carbonated drink can filling line is mainly used to water rinse the new aluminum can or PET can,?filling carbonated drink, seal the can cover.?

It main contains the automatic can rinser, can filler, can sealer and chain conveyor and motor, automatic with speed adjustable.

It adopts the high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meets the requirements of food grade.

1) Automatic new aluminum can?rinser:?

This can washer is revolution inclined type can washer;

One end of the cabinet is entrance of the cans, usually it need to work together with unpiler, if the client do not have unpiler, he will need to set up one high flat roof for manual loading of cans;

After the cans loading, they will be reversed 90 degree and pass the cabinet quickly with gravity when can mouth face to ground. The cabinet is inside set with 12 pcs of shower to spray water inside the cans to wash. After washing, the cans will be reversed again 90 degree to loaded on conveyor connected to filler.

The cabinet is connected with pump for water discharge. And the cabinet is with checking winder to check if any problem happen inside. And the roof of the cabinet is removable for repair and cleaning.

Operation process

1. Please put the can one by one to the can feeding conveyor by manual or the unpiler and open the water pump to wash.

2. The cans will be washed clean and will go forward with the manual push force.

3. The cans are through different direction and final stand up to the feeding conveyor of can filling machine.

2) Automatic aluminum can filler for carbonated drink:

This automatic aluminum can filler is used to filling carbonated drink in aluminum can or PET can.?

It adopts the banlanced pressure filling, with 12 filling ehads,?high precision filling valve. The speed is adjustable with motor control, automatic type, easy to operate.?

Main mateiral is SUS304 material, good appearance and longlife span.?

Principle:

Cans go through conveyor to filler, the dia plate will turn the cans to can stands, with the motor driven energy, the can stands go up and forward along the principal axis; When the cans go through gas valve opening position, the trigger on liquid tank will open the valve, at the mean time the bottle mouth will be pressed closely to filling valve head, and the CO2 gas will be put into the bottles, when the pressure inside bottle is same as in liquid tank, the filling valve will be started to fill and filling finish when filling head apart from can mouth, and then can was sent out the machines. The speed control is by motor speed. Whole machine is made by SUS304.The filling head is spring type, no dead angel,?no dripping.

3) Automatic aluminum can sealer:

The aluminum can?sealer is with 1 sealing head,?suitable for sealing various cans, such as tin can, aluminum can, PET can. It is perfect in performance, reliable in operation and easy in maintenance. The machine is full automatic and the speed can be adjustable. It adopts the high quality of stainless steel 304 material, meets the requirements of food grade. So it is widely used in automatic packing lines for various kinds of milk, juice, wine, drink, pharmacy chemicals, reagent, pesticide and so on. It is one of the most ideal automatic sealing equipment.

It has the function that when with the can, the cover will fall off, without the can, the cover will not fall off. Also it is set with the automatic machine stop device for the faults of with can without the cover, without the can and cover, can stuck in feeding and coming out.

Working process:

Cans full filled coming through the chain conveyor to the can sealer, when the electromagnetic induction sensor inducts the can, it will indicate the cover loader to fall off the cover to the can, through the cam and sealing wheel, one can will be finished and coming out through the chain conveyor.
