Application: High Pressure rotary service in drilling and exploration work. 
Lengths: 30' 35' 40' 45' 50' 55' 60' 65' 70' 75'. Also available in any length from 5ft to 90ft. 
Tube: Black, oil and abrasion resistant NBR. Suitable for oil or water based mud. Protective breaker fabric over tube improves adhesion to body plies. 
Reinforcement: Multiple plies of high tensile wire 
Cover: Black, oil, weather and abrasion resistant Neoprene (CR)
Temperature: -4 to 200F
Fitting: Full-flow leak proof couplings that are integrally secured to hose reinforcement. Supplied with male API threaded ends. Can be supplied with flanges, unions, swivels and other types of couplings on request. 


Product usage
Each type of fabric delivery (or appeal) hose is according to different medium to select  corresponding materials, the structure design of product is reasonable, good quality, durable, is one is to lose, vacuum (negative pressure condition) of various liquid viscous fluid and solid material medium flexible hose. According to the purpose can be divided into:
1,Water hose: suitable for general water, used in the environment about -20 ~45 oC .
2,Air hose: suitable for conveying compressed air and inert gas, used in the environment about
-20 oC ~ 45 oC .
3,Oil resistant rubber hose: suitable for conveying conventional oil, used in the environment about
-20 oC ~ 45 oC .
4,Heat resistant rubber hose: suitable for conveying the water below 100 oC.
5,Dilute acid and alkali resistant rubber hose: flow of dilute alkali solution concentration below 40%, used in the environment about -20 oC ~ 45 oC .
6,Sand blasting hose: suitable for metal surface polished.
7,Suction drainage, oil hose: work pressure 1.0 -1.5 MPa(4 times safety factor).
8,Transfort, food hose: used for  beer, edible oil and other liquid being absorpted in the room temperature and the taste and  color will not change, conformed to the requirements of health food.
