1.1Production Features

Thisseries of crusher is newly improved on the basis of simple pendulum jawcrusher. It is improved from medium, coarse crusher to an ultrafine crusherwhich expand the application scope of the simple pendulum jaw crusher.

Comparedwith other fine crushers, this series of crusher has the following advantages:

1.1.1After nearly ten years application and improvement it fully shows that thisseries of crusher is with remarkable effect, durable in use and can stand up tothe test of the market.

1.1.2In the ultrafine product the grain size less than 8mm can reach the proportionof 50%.

1.1.3Free of friction crushing; long service life of jaw plate, with only 2kg steelconsumption for crushing one hundred tons of ore (including residual liningplate); generally, service life of jaw plate is 45-60days.

1.1.4Cost effective. Compared with other types of fine crusher, its price is 1/4-1/2times lower, and its maintenance cost is 1/3-1/5 times lower.

1.1.5“more crushing and less grinding” with obvious benefit. Compared with othercrushers it’s processing capacity can increase by 15-30%.

1.1.6We designed separate thin oil station for lubrication independently. There issafety protection once the transmission arm overload.

1.2Notes for model selection

1.2.1JC56 and JC4060 are medium and coarse crushers;

1.2.2JC1675 is superfine crusher;

1.2.3Both thin oil station and electric control cabinet are standard fittings;

1.2.4belt pulley and motor are arranged on the left and right respectively, for theconvenience of parallel connection of multiple unites, which can be determinedas per customer’s requirements. If there is no special requirement, it will bemade in accordance with the manufacturer’s drawings.
