Our factory is equipped with very professional and complete machines for metal, wood/MDF, acrylic and plastic fixture, display rack and shelf, but our most strength is for metal products. There are more than 120piece of 10—150T punching machine, more than 120 piece different welding machines( Pneumatic welder,Carbon doixide machine,Argon welder etc).For tube/pipe, we have cutting machines, automatic shrinking pipe machine, circular motion machine. For metal wire, there are straightening wire machine, looping machine,chamfering mahince. For metal sheet, we have cutting machine, bending machine. For raw product surface inspection, there are polishing machine,grinding machine. For surface finishing, there are powder coating line, plating chrome, plating nickel department, stainless electrolyzer etc. As for plastic products,we have injection mould machines,vacuum forming. For wood/MDF and acrylic department, we have CNC laser machine,trimmer, oil injection equipment. We even have printing machine to print label, tag, assembly instruction etc. We have strong team working on design and innovation to meet customer’s requirements. Both ODM and OEM are welcome.
