Thedescription of Thermal Stable Polycrystalline Diamond (TSP):

TSP is thermally stable polycrystalline diamondproduct, which is manufactured by the same ultra-high pressure and hightemperature techniques associated with other PCD products. Its binder ischemically insert and has a similar coefficient of thermal expansion to that ofdiamond. It is thermally stable up to 1200 degree Celsius. It is suitable foroil drilling bits and mining bits.

One significant advantage of TSP diamond is its highthermal stability. Our TSP products can withstand high temperatures of ~1200degrees centigrade in a non-oxidizing atmosphere. Moreover, the relative wearresistance of the TSP diamond body remains the same under high temperatureconditions.
