Features of cone crusher

Working principle

Fragmentation process is scheduled to cone liner and eccentric movement between the fixed cone lining completed. Motor through V-belt and pulley to drive the crusher horizontal axis, the horizontal axis through the gear transmission to drive the eccentric sleeve rotation. Eccentric drive sleeve taper spindle to move into a rotary pendulum movement, resulting in the dynamic cone eccentric swing and fixed cone lining lining produce periodic relative movement between, so that materials to be broken in the crushing cavity constantly being squeezed and the bending has been broken. To be broken material from the upper feed port into the broken machine, broken material from the crusher discharge the lower discharge port.
