Product Description
We provide all kinds of hydrocyclones and rubber flow passage components. The hydrocyclone, a kind of high-efficiency classfying equipment, is widely used in metal , mineral, ceramics, chemical and other industries. It is mainly used in closed-circuit grinding system to dewatering, desliming ,classify micro-fine materials and fill tailing and recycle ore.
Working principle:
Hydrocyclone makes use of centrifugal force to accelerate the movement of solid particles in the pulp and then lead to the separation process.
Structure:
hydrocyclone case(material: low-carbon steel)；
overflow pipe(special wearproof rubber)；
rubber liner(special wearproof rubber )；
desilting part(special wearproof rubber).
Performance of the rubber liner:
hardness shore A=38;
tensile strength: 27MPa;
enlongation:more than 800%;
permanent deformation:8%;
tearing strength: 44N/mm;
resilience:80%;
temperature range:-20~+75;
colour: blue.
