The Blastrac equipment that we utilise works completely dust-free and is very quiet in operation meaning we can work in many types of environments causing minimum disruption to clients or their personnel.

 Working Principle 

 By adopting mechanical method, the abrasive (steel balls or sand ) will be cast into working surface at high speed and in a certain angle; the abrasive will impact working surface to roughened by the cast surface and remove the leftovers. Meanwhile, the negative pressure caused by dust collector will clean the abrasive and impurities via airstreams; intact abrasive is automatically recycled, and the impurities and dust will drop into the dust collecting box.
