means of mechanical method the material(steel shot or grit )at very high speed and angle jection to the upper work surface ,makematerial impact working surface ,then inside the machine through the supporting cleaner air cleaning function,the material and the cleared impurities were recovered,and the material can reuse technology.

The machine is equipped with dust collector,so clean ,pollution-free construction. which improves the efficiency ,but also protect environment .Machine operation through the control and selection of material particle size,shape and adjust and control equipment of the walking speed.Control material projectile flow, get different projectile flow.get different projectile strength.obtained with different surface treatment effect.

Working Principle   By adopting mechanical method, the abrasive (steel balls or sand ) will be cast into working surface at high speed and in a certain angle; the abrasive will impact working surface to roughened by the cast surface and remove the leftovers. Meanwhile, the negative pressure caused by dust collector will clean the abrasive and impurities via airstreams; intact abrasive is automatically recycled, and the impurities and dust will drop into the dust collecting box
