Product Description
The 60Z00 Series boiler feed water pump minimum circulation flow control valve is a kind of anti-cavitation multi-stage throttle control valve. It is also called high differential pressure control valve, which is suitable for severe service conditions. The fluids carry out pressure reduction stage by stage, its direction is constantly changing and the flowing resistance is increasing, so that cavitation damage is avoided when the fluids are under high differential pressure. The throttling part is separable from the sealing face to effectively protect the sealing face. The trim surface is subjected to hardening treatment, reaching a hardness of about HRC70. It is featured by good erosion resistance and long service life. The valve is mainly used in feed water systems in large-sized generating units. It is an important piece of equipment used to avoid cavitation in boiler feed water pumps, and is also a key control valve in power plants. The minimum flow recirculation valve can be pneumatically or electrically controlled.
