Product Description
Common Gravure Printing Machine/Gravure Printer is suitable for printing BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD, PP, PE film and paper in roll.
1. Usage: It is suitable for BOPP, PET, CPP, PVCD and combined film and paper with the same properties. Its printing speed is 50m/min, while the mechanical speed is 100m/min.
2.It is of main transmission system, speed-adjusting motor to adjust and control the speed.
3. It adopts combined device to finish once printing in single-sided, dual-sided,multi-color and chromatographic printing.
4. The material collection adopts dual torque motor (from Ruian), while material feeding adopts magnetic powder brake.
5. The ink Device adopts ink pump to cycle automatically.
6. The dry system adopts dual oven channel. The up-and-down sealing device adopts centrifugal blower to transfer heat and cool it with each wind. It is of cast iron chassis and to dry the materials 50m per minute. The temperature of in oven can be adjusted and controlled automatically. It is equipped with a meter numbering device.
7. Ink scraper pressure and height are parallel. The speed can be adjusted horizontally to return repeatedly.
8. The material collection and material-roller feeding adopt reversal dual work board to finish feeding and collecting materials without stopping the machine.
9. The rubber roller's lifting pressure adopts manual pressure.
