Price: Platts Gulf Coast minus Gross/Net $7/$6,50 JP54-$15/$14 D2 Contract 12 months with possible rollovers and extensions
Quantity: Minimum 100.000MT/1Million bbls month.
Payment: MT 103, BG or SBLC or RDLC
Load:25/30 days after payment
Seller is part of refinery holding (not Russian)

We submit up dated SCO with Buyer's name and required qty, he returns it back signed with LOI to get FCO and permission contact refinery for POP before even signs ICPO or SPA or proves Fund !!!
