This series boiler is installed on field with the top and next two big parts. Its structure is A type. The top part is boiler body, and the next part is burning equipment (chain grate). After building the lower boiler wall on field, the combining between top and next part can immediately complete the installation of boiler body. The installation is very convenient. The boiler is single layer and the structure is well-fixed. The whole capability is very good. Its main characters are as follows:

1. Water circulation loop. The whole water circulation loop of boiler is simple and clear, especially each pass of the water-cooling wall pipe with single collecting box and down-pipe ensure the credible water feeding to pass. The height of water circulation loop can ensure the steam and hot-water boiler to have enough water circulation power, and makes the boiler run safely.

2. The large room of boiler furnace, adaptability of fuel and higher burning efficiency can make the soft coal, blind coal and lean coal burn steadily.

3. The boiler installs big grate piece with idler wheel equipment. While it increases the strength of boiler grate, it efficiently improves the pressure state of boiler grate and the boiler safety to run.

4. The big boiler grate piece leaks little coal and has high burning efficiency.

5. Combustion air from two sides with respective air chambers and separate control make the working steady and safe.

6. The run of equipments such as water feeder, coal feeder, boiler grate and fan is automatic. The protection between boiler super-pressure/ super-temperature, water level (no hot-water boiler) and the run of boiler grate and fan is chain-reacting. The perfect auxiliary machine and accessory make the boiler to run safely, economically and efficiently.

7. The boiler capacity of water is bigger and has high ability of overload.
