A:We are not only a trade company but also a manufacturer, we have been in the plush field for more than 14 years. now we have more than 100 staffs.

Q:What are your company's main products?

A:We mainly produce plush stuffed toys, plush cushions, plush blankets, finger puppets, etc.

About the sample

Q:How much is the sample fee?

A:The account is up to your sample, usually it is 1-150 USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be higher. 

Q:Is the sample fee refunded when the order is placed?

A:If your order quantity is more than 1000, the sample fee will be refunded to you.

Q:What is the sample time?

A:It is 3-7 days according to the different samples.

Q:If I don’t like the sample when I receive it, can you modify it for me?

A:Yes, until you say “OK, it is perfect”.

About the price

Q:How much is each custom plush toy?

A:This is dependent on the complexity of the artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon provided; and the estimated time required to source fabric and materials required to make your soft toy or plush toy. The general price range for a custom hand made soft toy is from USD0.5 up to USD60 or more.

About the quality

Q:How do you control the quality?

A:Our factory has 14 years experience in plush toys manufacture. And all of our workers have 10-20 years experience in plush toys. We check the finished toys one by one, make sure the quality is good.

Q:How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?

A:Tell us the pcs of bad goods, and send us the photos, we will refund these costs or remake the goods for you.
