Hitag 2 is very mature and sucess RFID technology from NXP (founded by Philips). The Hitag 2 card have 256-bit total memory. with 32 bit serial number and 48 bit secret key.

Hitag 2 proximity card is great solution for hotel key lock, access control, parking etc.
