4. Heat Treatment
All plates  Grade A and plates of Grades B and C over 40 mm in thickness shall be normalized.
All Plates of Grades B and C, 40mm  and under this in thickness, are normally supplied in the as-rolled condition.
Killed steel and conform to the fine austenitic grain size requirement A 20/A 20M

5. Chemical Composition and property.

   Tensile strength : A 662 Grade A : min 400-540Mpa
                             A 662 Grade B : min 450-585Mpa
                             A 662 Grade C : min 485-620Mpa

    Elongation  : 18-23%

6. Mechanical Requirements
   Tension Test Requirements shall conform to the requirements of Tensile properties.

8. Application Fields: The three grades of carbonmanganese silicon steel plates intended primarily for service in welded pressure vessels where improved low temperature notch toughness is important.

9. Trade Terms: FOB, CFR, CIF , CNF.
