Pit Lifting parking system

Work theory
Three spaces of top, middle and bottom will lift together. Usually, two spaces of middle and bottom are put in the pit. The top space is at the same level as the ground. It may be parked directly. When it is lifted up, the middle and bottom spaces may be parked with cars.
