About QJB mixer
QJB series submersible mixer is suitable for both aeration and anaerobic tanks in the industrial and city’s sewage treatment to provide the power for the cycle of the water in the tank and establish the water flow in the phases of nitration, de-nitrification and phosphor removal.

Features
Compact structure, small volume, light weight, easy maintenance and installation, long service life. Optimal impeller for high efficiency, and sweep back type blade to prevent clogging, also can be self-cleaning. When use together with aerating system, it can reduce power consumption, increase oxygen content, and prevent sedimentation. F class insulation for motor wiring, IP 68 class protection level, maintenance-free type bearing, be with oil leakage detection and overheat protection, which can assure stable operation for the motor. The mixer will be equipped with two way mechanical seal. The mixer can be used either with flow guide sleeve or not. The faring can enhance the efficiency and control the flow spraying.Working Principle
The propeller blade of a special structure starts slow moving driven by the under-water motor to produce a powerful water flow flowing in a lower tangential direction to make the liquid’s power increased and produce strong stirring to reduce the precipitation under the water, thus realizing liquid stirring and flowing.
