        This machine is low pressure air spray thermoplastic spray machine,the spray thickness is adjustable,and remark on the old line,which is a high efficiency and flexible general machine.
1.Engine:45hp water cooled electric start low noise enviroment -friendly diesel engine.Fuel tank capacity 60L.
2.Heating system:Propane gas infrared light,eletric ignition,oil jacket,which can save 30% gas compared with traditional heating system,and more even,fast,safe and enviroment-friendly .
3.The original imported variable speed transmission system with automatic brake device,which can be freely operated in forward,back off and stop (HTS).The back wheels are differential transmission system,which makes the steering flexible.driving speed: 0-22 km/h,max climbing capability 15°
4.Spray gun:Left(or right)side equips with single (or dillble)low pressure air spray gun.The spray gun can move freely on the track,the hot oil cycle pump and heat exchanger improve the spray efficiency.
5.Glass beads spray system:Equiped with double 120L pressurized glass beads container with window ,which realize uninterrupted spray glass beads.Double or single glass beads gun on left or right side with adjustable pressure,flow and spray width,which makes the glass beads spraying more firm,even.
6.Electronic controller:Setting multi-function interface,and when the machine out of factory,set the standard according to the requirement of the user,and meet the adjusting of standard and length of user during using,and realize the intellective control during using .Continuous line and broken line can be done together.
7.Paint tank:Oil jacket paint tank made of cold rolling anti-oxidation steel equips with hydraulic horizontal blade stirring system .Capacity 300L.When clean the paint tank,remove it.The safety valve at the discharging port closes automatically when the pressure in the tank down.
8.Air compressor:2m3/min displacement two-stage compression piston air compressor.The pressure in the tank is adjustable and equip with relief valve.
9.Warning system:Equip with double frequency adjustable warning lights.The electric warning arrow at the back (the flash direction is
 adjustable)improves the safety of road marking work.
10.Guide rod:Adjustable guide rod,whicn makes up,down,left and right easy.
11.Pre-marking system:Option for pre-marking system.Finish the pre-marking work for other line during srpaying work,which greatly improves the efficiency of road marking construction.
