General

ZSHWJ/ZDRWJ/ZSHWF/ZDRWF series lined butterfly valve are designed for desulfurization denitration device and slurry piping system, especially for corrosive application, such as sulfuric acid,?phosphoric acid,?hydrofluoric acid, chlorine,?alkali,?aqua regia and other?strong corrosive media, requiring reliable shut-off performance, good corrosion resistance and long service life.

Characteristics

Rubber lined?butterfly valve?lined with EPDM??has very strong?corrosion resistance and?erosion resistance capability with long service life. The disc material is duplex stainless steel, such as 2205, 1.4529 and so on, which have extremely strong resistance to chlorine ion corrosion (resistance to chloride ion 40000ppm), high surface hardness and strong comprehensive mechanical properties, especially for slurry application. Austenitic stainless steel can also be used according to the working condition. The disc and resilient EPDM sealing combination realizes bubble tight sealing. The connection is wafer.
