It is a serial of machines for automatic converting and rolling and metering of elastic bandages. 
It is made up of 3 sections: First section is for automatic converting bandage into elastic features. Second section is for buffering the elastic converted bandages. Third section is for automatic rolling and metering the final bandage rolls.
It starts from big bandage rolls which has been knitted with elastic yarn like spandex or others which can shrink after heating. Then, the elastic converted bandage is automatically rolled, cut at pre-set length, output. The elastic converting and rolling and metering and outputting is automatic and simultaneous production process in this equipment line.
Main Technical Parameters

1.It has 2 production tracks. Each track takes the big bandage roll of Maximum Width of 20cm. Diameter of big bandage roll is maximum 60 cm.
2.Converting capacity is 25 to 45 meters per minute(adjustable).

3.Converting elastic ratio is adjustable such as 30%,50% or ect as per client needs.
4. Rolling(Coreless) and Metering speed: 12 to 15 rolls per minute for  20 cm(Width) x 4 meter(Length) elastic bandages.The less the width and length of bandages, the higher the speed.
