Fiberglass roving

1. Filament winding roving is specially designed as reinforcements for thermoses resins used in filament winding processes. The size systems of filament winding rovings are made to achieve good compatibility with polyester, vinylester and resins.It is soft, smooth and better compatible with styrene for resin impregnation. The GRP is good property of water-resistance.
Use: Yixing winding roving Widely used in filament wound pipes, pressure vessels, chemical storage tanks, complicated parts, reactor etc.

2. Woven Roving is a bidirectional fabric made by interweaving direct roving in plain weave pattern. Woven Roving is compatible with many resins. It is a high-performance reinforcement and widely used in hand and machine production, such as boats, vessels, plane and automotive parts. Woven Roving width ranging from 150mm-1500mm, Densely aligned fibers resulting in a high strength. Good mold ability and durability making handing easy. Warp and weft rovings aligned in a parallel and flat manner resulting in uniform tension and very little twist.

Excellent roll out characteristics. Good wet-out in resins.

3. Spray up roving is made of E-glass multi-end fiber. Mainly utilized in spray up process, Hobas pipe, continuous filament winding pipe and panel manufacturing. They are compatible with unsaturated polyester(UP), vinlylester(VE). Widely applied to manufacturing boat, bathtub, storage tank, Hobas pipe, filament winding pipe and pale etc.Sprays up Roving are especially designed excellent performance for spray-up molding of fiberglass reinforced thermoset.
