(1)Description:
1.100t bridge trussed launching girder Adopting full-hydraulic lifting mechanism with high reliability as front and rear supporting point to ensure the safely of supporting points.
2.Lightening and great rigidity design of guiding beam to ensure the longitudinal stability of the machine.
3.Strengthened front,middle and rear crossbeams guarantee rigidity of the complete machine and make the through-hole more stable.Specially designed reaction wheel body makes through-hole operation full-automatic.
4.100t bridge trussed launching girder Adopting adduction type integral legs to ensure the security of erecting edge beam to place at one time.
5.Skew erection for skew bridges,connection parts of each mechanism and structure all use rotating face flange for coupling,can used for erecting skew bridges of any angle from 0-45C.
6.The machine of 100t bridge trussed launching girder can erect 4 pieces of girders with the other two cranes one day,reducing construction cycle.
Railway bridge girder launching gantry is a walking type product and is one of our newly developed products. The bridge erecting crane is special equipment for railway with wide operating range, excellent performance, easy operation and safe structure. Its main structure features are that main girder is designed with a four sides truss structure, and is welded using structural steel and steel plates to provide a lightweight and strong wind resistance.
This product is designed to suit the building of high gradient, small radius curved bridges, 45 degree inclined bridges and bridges near tunnels. It also makes construction on plains areas much easier. This product is suitable for working in the environment of no fire, no explosion and no corrosive media with temperature from -20~40C..
