Pressure blast cabinet

Pressure blast cabinets consist of cabinet enclosure, cyclone separetor, blast system and dust colletor for tough cleaning jobs. Compared to suction blasting, pressure blasting delivers higher abrasive media velocity for greater impact intensity, and can increase production rate by as much as 300 percent.
This machine can complete the cleaning of the rough surface, oxide skin, residual salinity, burr of cast or forged work-piece, welding piece, heat-treated work-piece, punched or pressed work-piece and some mechanical processed pieces, it can also be applied for pre-processing before spray-coating, electroplating, etc.
This machine can also uses glass beads for blasting to strengthen and polish the surface of parts and components.
This machine is most suitable for processing of medium or small single part in small-scale.
