JIS CGCC is grade of?PPGI Steel Coil, it is paint on HDG steel make its corrosion resistance better.?Meanwhile, there are various colors painted for your choice and simulated pattern?of wood grain, marble, granite can be customized specially. Besides, it is usually used to indoor and outdoor decoration.

Color Coated Steel?Coil?is?Zn?60g,?25um painted in top and 10um painted in back, it can service for at least?20 years?without fading (related to different environment)

Structure of decorative galvanized steel sheet :

*Topcoat (finishing) which provides color, pleasing appearance and appearance and a barrier film to enhance long-term durability.

*Primer coat to prevent undercutting of paint and enhance corrosion resistance.

*Pretreatment layer applied for good adhesion and to enhance corrosion resistance.

*Zinc coating for added corrosion resistance.

*Base steel sheet.
