HM-ZD600 Automatic shoe box making machine features:

1) The machine with high output: running speed about 1200-1800pcs/ hour. 1 operator run the machine, 1 assistant for adding materials. 2 QCcheck the quality when box come out and then pack.

2) High-precision rigid box equipments: The machineadoptsSwitzerlandfind throttling valve and electric eye rectify a deviation (error is ±0.1mm). This will increase the rigid boxquality.

3) The glue feeder part of the rigid box machine uses servo feeder controlsystem. It saves about 10-20 mins. for adjust feeder when change the papersize.

Traditional machine using the cam control system whichneeds to adjust the gears when change the size of paper.

The new system (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster.Just input the size of the paper into the computer, machine can automaticallyadjust the glue feeder part. 

4) Automatic shoe box making machine can fold the paper edge intothe box till 45 mm: Suitsto high quality box production. Please note that the box width must up to 90mm when turn 45mm edge into the bottom. (Optional device)

5) All automatic rigid box machines with Black and white belt in one machine: Blackand white belt which suit to different colors of paper sheet. Half white andhalf black color on the belt, no need to change the belt when change theproduction from dark color paper to light color paper. It will save 3 hours forchanging the belt when making different colors of paper.

6) Suit to use the PE tape. Standard rigidbox machine is using the Kraft paper which is thick on the corner part. Afterwrapping the rigid box, there is a mark on the corner part. But using PE tape,the corner part wrapping can be much better as the PE tape is much thinner. (Option device)
