Introduction:

Vertical pre-heater rotary kiln makes full use of the heat of flue gasfrom kiln tail to preheat the dolomite in pre-heater to 800℃. During this process, dolomite is pushed out and feed into rotarykiln by hydraulic pusher through transfer slide for calcination anddecomposition. Compared with traditional rotary kiln of same model, thisequipment can increase capacity at 30%, but heat consumption will be lowers by40%. The temperature of flue gas discharged is less than 250℃. This can totally satisfy the request for dust collect, energy-savingand environment protection.
