| Features:
The BS21-LZ series down-hole motor include three categories according to their bit differential pressure ranges, namely 3.5MPa, 7.0MPa and 14.0MPa series. For 3.5MPa motor, the ratio of the rotor and stator lobes is one to two (single lobe motor); for 7.0MPa motor, the ratio of the rotor and stator lobes is one to two or N to N+1 (single and multiple lobes motor); and for 14.0MPa motor, the ratio of the rotor and stattor lobes is N to N+1 (multiple lobes motor). The main features of the 3.5MPa down-hole motor are easy to start, high rotational speed, low reactive torque, and accurate in orientation. It can be used for kick-off, correcting deviation, sidetracking and direcxtional drilling operations. The main features of the 7.0MPa down-hole motor are high torque, big horsepower and high drilling speed. It can be used for straight drilling, directional drilling, horizontal drilling, coring and reaming operations. |

| The main features of the 14.0MPa down-hole motor are high torque. big horsepower, high drilling speed and long on-bottom time. It can be used for steerable drilling system, kick-off and horizontal drilling operations.
The rotor of the 14.0MPa and 7.0B down-hole motor series has a hollow cavity with a nozzle. Playing the role of a sub-channel, the hollow cavity helps improve input capacity, increase the bit hydraulic horsepower, therefore, it can be used for jetting drilling. The bend housing of the connecting rod assembly may have different angle degrees. The housing of the bearing assembly may be equipped with a stabilizer which has different types and diameters. The bending degrees of the bend housing and outer diameter of the stabilizer may be designed according to the requirements of the clients. | |
