| 1) function T-5T automatic air pressure regulator, matched with KY series air compressor, is designed for air-actuated system in aeroplanes, tanks. Under higher temperature and greater shock, it has stable and reliable operation performances and can reduce the operation load of air compressor and engines. 2) performance (1) With this automatic air pressure regulator causing air compressor to be in racing state, the air bottle internal pressure (P off) is 15.21.17Mpa. (2) With this automatic air pressure regulator causing air compressor to change the air bottle, the air bottle internal pressure (P on) is 13.5+0.4-1.3 Mpa. (3) When the air compressor is in racing state, the pressure (P racing) built in pressure supply passage is 0.98+0.49-0 Mpa. (4) The air leakage passing through the check valve of the regulator from air bottle (8dm3) is not more than 0.49 Mpa/hr. (5) When the air bottle internal pressure is 11.8 Mpa, the air leakage passing through cutoff needle valve of the regulator from air bottle (8dm3) is not more than 0.69 Mpa/hr. (6) The environmental temperature for the regulator to work reliably in +120  .(7) Overall dimensions 159x46x123mm. (8) Net weight 1.1kg. (9) The guaranteed service period before first big repair: 500 motor hours within 3 years. |
