5. Electric control system

The electrical control ues Eurotherm company 590 system. The relay control system use PLC, expansion joint adjustment. Coiler changes with the constant rise force control and tracking, match operation box, with current, speed, expansion, thickness etc, digital display, if broken it has protection function.

Match with Siemens electric.

6. Technological lubrication station

Technological lubrication system is mainly cooling and lubrication to the roller and rolled steel strip, technological lubrication system including water pump station, lubrication medium is emulsion.

7. Wearing parts and information

a. Provide wearing parts when shipment.

b. Provide equipment instructions and control principle diagram.

8. Installation and commissioning

a. The seller provide equipment installed foundation 2 months in advance, buyer implement of the second pouring.

b. Equipment arrived, the seller responsible for the installation and guide.
