Roll crusher working principle:
output size adjustment: this machine have wedge and gasket adjustment device. there are adjust bolts in the top of the wedge device. When the adjusting bolt lifting the wedge device upwards, The fixed wheel was pushed far away from the movable wheel, so the gap between two wheels becomes big and the output size is large. when the wedge devicedownards, the gap between the two wheels becomes small which was influenced by pressure spring and the output size becomes small. The gasket device adjust the output size by changing the width and quantity of gasket. The gap between two wheels becomes big when add gasket, while decrease the gasket the output size can become small and output size is small.
