  This series of machine belong to the roller type shot blsat-cleaning machine. And minly used in ship making
to be de-stress and surface de-rust the steel plate shot blasting, Painting, Drying  ,and structure ,such as
L arge-scale H steel,ect.in the construction and bridge profession.
It is widely used in ship making ,car factory .It has the advantage of high productivity,good sealing effect,composition compactly,
loading and unloading easy and high technology.
  1.Shot-blasting Room:
  The length of shot-blasting room is 2500mm, and its structural style is as follows:
  The body case of shot-blasting room is a kind of welding structure by steel plate and steel sections. There are 4 impeller head assemble at the top of the shot-blasting room whose arrangement is the result of computer dynamic simulation that all arrangement angle and position are designed by computer. Each group of impeller heads keeps a certain angle with the movement direction of work piece which can guarantee to comprehensively clean up the work piece and avoid blasting projectile uselessly as far as possible. Thus enhances the utilization ratio of projectile to the maximum limit and reduces guard plate attrition of shot-blasting room. The room body shell is firm and durable with good rigidity.
The room body interior guard plate uses Mn13 with good Structurerier
  2. Front and Back Sealed Chamber:
The front and back sealed chamber’s length is 3000mm respectively.The sealed chamber connected with shot-blasting room with one side and the another side is equipt with 5 layers Labyrinth sealing .The sealed chamber room body structural style is as follows:
 
  3.The sealed chamber base is equipped with pill-collection hopper, above which is equipped with perforation laminae cribrosa to filtrate projectile. Then only the qualified projectile falls the hopper to carry on duty-cycle utilization, the bulk material falls on the laminae cribrosa and was cleaned up artificially in certain time. By this way, it can protect the projectile circulatory system effectively and safely. It lays down ZGMn13 orifice casts material on the perforation lamina cribrosa for protection.

1. the period of the quality is one year.
2. in this period, we can change and repair the workpiece,if there are problem,including the electric controlling ,part of the mechanism and damaged workpiece (except the fragile workpiece).
3. finishing the equipment debugging and passing the test,the technologist from A train the operator and repairman from B with two weeks.
