Overview:
Feilong milled tooth tricone bits use rubber sealing,roller cone bearing and gage protection,
lubricated
with bearing grease, locked by steel ball. The bearing system adopts
copper inlaid, and silver plated to increase the bearing’s load-carrying
capacity, reliability and ensures long bearing life. Better gage
protection shall be gained with hardfaced shirttail and inserted pads on
cone back and leg. These bits are widely used for oil & natural gas
drilling and geological exploitation for its high drilling efficiency.
Features：
1.Enhanced bearing system ensures longer life, gains lower drilling cost.
2.The bearing system adopts copper inlaid and silver plated to increase the
bearing’s load-carrying capacity, reliability and ensures long bearing life.
3.The cones and legs are carburized and quenched repeatedly.
4.Hardfaced shirttail shall provide better gage protection.
5.Excellent Gage Protection with leg pads.
