Description:The laminated floor board gluer is specially designed for the surface board of the multi-layer floor/parquet or edge glued board. The whole press is PLC automatically controlled, continent to control, and the two alternative feeding tables make it more efficient. No wait time is needed for the curing (you can place material on the other feeding table as the one is under curing). The high frequency dielectric heating greatly shortens the curing time of the glue than other hot press. The HF power heat more evenly and thorough thus make the moisture content more evenly, and meantime it kills the insects and bacteria with in the board. The press is 3 direction pressure, laterally 18T, back 42T, and top pressure 30T. HF generator 30kW with air cooled and over current warning system, automatically tuned.
