Roll Forming Machine: the main part of the line

1) Main frame: welded with the 21steel .

Main table: Q235 steel ( thickness 30mm), annealed after welding to stress, and then processed.

2) Standing sheets: 32 standing sheets, 32 clamps, 32 lifting screws, 32 sliding blocks, 64 bushings, 64 bearing caps and bolts etc, in which the standing sheets, sliding blocks, bushing and bearing caps belong to the castings with MaterialQT450

3) Roll Stations: 32 stations

Diameter: 150

Material of Shaft: 40Cr

Material of Roll: Cr12 Steel with the overall quenching HRC60-62

quench-hardened case: HRC28-33, Axial high-frequency quenching HRC58-62

4) Mainshafts Bearing: 64 self-aligning roller bearings and centripetal ball bearing

5) Two Guarding Equipments: a large bracket, a guiding roll for materials and heat treatment, an Adjustment screw rod, roller supports, and shafts etc.

6) Two sets of adjustment device(Turkey handle): portal-type frame, Rotating flange head, lifting board, sliding blocks, Adjustment screw rods, blocks, levelling roll for materials and heat treatment, levelling roll shaft, and deep groove ball bearing etc. The role is to ensure that the straight-line degree, the distortion degree of the profiles should be in compliance with the requirements.

7) Transmission: 16 universal drive shafts, 16 one-in and two-out reducers, 16 sprocket chain couplings, and 16 flange connections.

8 Power Input: one set of direct-current generatorand one hardened reducer.
