ZN-1Adhesive enhancing masterbatch is one kind masterbatch with super performance developed independently by our own company. It is produced by adopting advanced technology and is mainly applicable to producing various poly-alkene self- adhesive film. It possess good stickness of joint and peel off. The quality is stable and actual effect is great, can be used to foodstuff packing.

Usage:
ZN-1 can be used to blowing molding, cast film. In order to obtain good stickness, the resin should not contain any lubricating agent or smoothing agent while using. Otherwise it will affect the exudation of adhesive agent. Suggest ratio: 2-4%(the ratio should be adjusted according to the kind and thickness of the film ), it should be pre-mixed while adding the materials. The exudation takes about 24-72 hours to get good adhesive capability
Note: During production the faster the film cools, more adhesive of the film surface; Moere ZN-1, more adhesive. The storage temperature and time will affect the adhesive ability of produced film.
