Product Description
we can supply quality Carbon Block as follows:
Carbon Block is replacement of foundry coke. It is non-graphitized or semi-graphitized scrap, also called carbon raiser but it has very low sulphur, and rejected from the baking/making of graphite/carbon products. It contains high quality of heat and low pollution.
Size: 150-300mm or other
Packing: In about 1mt plastic woven bag
Application: Carbon block is used for heat conduction material in closed end ferroalloy furnace and calcium carbide furnace etc. These furnace require carbon block own strong performance on heat conduction and electric conduction and proper speed on fritting. The carbon block can endure harsh melting requirement including 3000oC even higher temperature continuous arc light. So carbon block is also called heart of furnace.
