Mechanism of foaming regulating: There are three purposes for filling the foaming regulator into PVC forming products, the first one is to promote the fusion of PVC; the second one is to increase the melting strength of PVC Melting body so as to prevent from bubble amalgamation for obtaining even foaming products; the third one is to ensure perfect fluidity of PVC blend for obtaining good appearance of the products. Because of the difference of products, equipments of processing, raw materials and lubricanting system, we developed several types of foaming regulator to satisfy the different customers' requirements, HPA-40 is one of our PVC foaming agents.
