Brief introduction

The refrigerated and insulated van is produced by introducing the refrigeration technologies and key equipments of the PET refrigerated car box from German Koegel which is a national advanced product. Each car panel is produced using the wet panel making method which is different from the “sandwich” panel making method. The glass fiber reinforced plastic cover and PET heat insulating materials are closed and organic integration. The unsaturated polyester is filled between each layering and the insulating material and heated, pressurized and vacuumed with special equipment. There is no metallic supporting member in the car panel. Both the total heat leakage rate and air leakage index meet national grade A standard which is the updated and upgraded product for domestic regenerated and insulated van.

1,   Up to 40-foot refrigerated semi-trailer can be produced with a complete sheet of panel bonded structure with the transportation temperature up to —40 centigrade easily;

2,   Both the overall heat transfer coefficient and steam leakage times satisfy the national grade A standard.

3,   Refrigerators of fine quality include the famous brands such as THERMO KING, Carrier, Mitsubishi and K brand and so on. The type selection is carried out according to the match of the refrigerating capacity and volume in the van.
