Product Description
Work Principle：
Rope winding machine is our new product. It is in compact structure, high efficiency, easy operation, pretty design, and it is one of our new style rope winding machines. It is mainly composed of collecting rope mechanism and arraying rope mechanism two parts.
Collecting rope
Worm gear box has a piece of worm gear, worm and a pair of gear. Collecting rope wheel and counter are fixed on worm-gear shaft, so that collect rope and show rope length by counter. Top of passive gear shaft is covered discharge mechanism and taper damper, which winding rope mechanism winds rope through differential mechanism moving.
Arraying Rope
Under arraying rope pillar function, two pieces of pulley block circles pillar to do left, right nimble swinging, which cause rope winds in regular arrangement. Rope can be winded on bevel mechanism regularly, loosen taper damper to discharge rope.
