Applied to the material of general-purpose steel GB/T1591-2008, Q235, Q345 used in China.

Q235 equipment to SS400. Min Yield Stress 235 Mpa.

Q345 equivalent to S355JR. Gr 50. Min Yield Stress 345 Mpa.

Description

1. Height: Around 6m and made from steel sheet with octagonal or conical shape, design the diameter according to its actually use condition. Following to the international standards requirements or as customer’s request.

2. Pole Sections: Pole with one section design, only when poles above 12m then we design it with two section because of our container length is 12m, But our machine can produce length 13m in one time .

3. Welding: Welding in accordance with AWS D1.1 STANDARD and with longitudinally welding by automatic arc welding machine.

4.Base Plate: Base plate is square or round in shape with slotted holes suitable for anchor bolts. Base plate is welded to the bottom of the shaft by double fillet weld.

5. Arm / Brackets: The brackets is to carry the signal light fittings , and specification designed according to customer’s request. Use Flange and bolts installed into the main pole.

6. Anchor Bolt: Anchor bolts to fix the base plate to the concrete foundation are supplied with the required nuts and washers.
