Structure of electric submersible pump:
The rotor has three sets of bearings and two sets of mechanical seals. The rotation direction of the submersible motor is counterclockwise viewed from the shaft-extension end. The impeller of ZDB submersible axial-flow pump is semi-adjustable and the inner surface of the enclosure of impeller is spherical. When filling oil into the inner chamber of the guide vane, the oil storage shall not spill from the upper oil way of the oil chamber. There are two symmetrical holes in the sides of the guide vane, one is oil way and the other is vent hole. When filling oil, both holes shall be opened, one for oil filling and the other for air discharging. After the oil is filled in, screw down the two oil plugs. Examine whether the ring seal is damaged, and it must be replaced when damaged. Special anti-winding structure is used between the impeller and guide vane to prevent foreign matters from entering the pump and winding the impeller.Performance parameter:
