Usage
?

1. Surface treatment: Polish the conveyor belt or fabric with steel wire wheels uniformly, must not

2. Wash: Wash the surface with LPT360 cleaner carefully until without any dirt;

3. Drying: Natural drying or heating drying;
?
4. Mixture: Mixing the adhesive and ER-45 hardener by 100:4, and used up within two hours.

?????????????????? When you want to use, you can mix for use;

5. Coating Adhesive: Coating Adhesive need 3 times. Each coating should be thin and uniform,

???????????????????????????????????? when the adhesive dry and not glue the hand, please coating the adhesive again.

6. Splice: After the last glue dry and not glue the hand, but good adhesive force, splice is ok.

???????????????? When you splice, please notice the center line of the conveyor belt, two bonding surface

7. Seal process: Use CMX918 for processing of the joint. Polish and Brush Seams with the rubber
