Device main usage
The machine is suitable for cotton , polyester , linen and blended fabric after dipping chemicals and then continue open-width desizing , scouring , bleaching . after a series of process to make the fabric be white and provide guarantee for fabric dyeing , printing quality .
This machine has the following characteristics:
Modular structure , according to different varieties , different process arrangement combine. With high liquid under rolling point to increase the fabric with liquid fluid system , making chemicals into uniform The guide roller of compound steam box on the preheating zone adopts multi-point source grouping variable frequency drive adjustment , reduce the wrinkling , due to the changing of tension. Use big diameter of the guide roller to adapt the need of high density stretch fabric. Fabric is heated sufficient before folding to get the reaction of consistency.Stainless steel mesh structure make the saturated steam to permeate to keep the temperature of the fabric to achieve the uniform consistency to avoid the wrinkle and rail.
It is equipped with high efficiency washing section and baking , and the number and the diameter, efficient rolling cars and rotary water heat exchangers , equipped with automatic control device to achieve the goal of energy saving.Process chart
