Welding turning roll description:

One set of welding turning roll consists of 2 parts,say, a motorized drive (power) unit & an idler supporting unit. The power unit is driven by a heavy duty AC motor. The motor is designed according to international proven specifications to ensure constant speed with outer balance load of 15%. The inverter comes with a remote control panel (operator pendant) with interlocking reversing systems operating at temperatures in excess of 60%. Capcity of welding turning roll is various ranging from 2tons to 1200 ton. Bigger capacity are custom built upon request.
