QYW20-25pneumatic submersible sewage pump structure and working principle

QYW20-25 pneumatic submersible sewage pump by pneumatic motor, water pump, oil mist, pipe and muffler is composed of five parts.

1.Pneumatic motor parts：

Consists of rotor, blade, cylinder, cylinder head, shell, bearing cover,cover, etc.. A radial groove four uniformly distributed on the rotor,groove equipped with blade, on the cylinder head, each have a blowvent. The wind pump start-up, high pressure blowing from the eye willslot leaves blown open, while a large number of high pressure from the main air duct into the cylinder, the blades, driven by the rotation of the rotor. In the bottom of the shell a seal cavity, cavity sealing ring, water separated from gas. The sealing ring adopts a spring sealing, and the use of gas, water pressure, the seal ring up,enhance the sealing effect.

2.Pump parts：

Which is composed of a pump body, impeller, pump seat. The impeller is installed on the rotor shaft, tighten the nut mounted pump body, impeller, pump base, into the water, the rotor drives theimpeller to rotate, under the action of centrifugal force, vortex streetflow pressure in the pump body, and then discharged from the water outlet pipe.

3.Oil mist device part：

The oil mist, oil mist device shell, oil regulating valve core, oil mist device is arranged on the top cover, filled with lubricating oil casing.

4.Pipe joint part：

5.Muffler part：
